SERVICE TEAM MEMBER

Our Service Team Members are the public face of our business, interacting with customers and providing quality service and expertise.

It’s a physical role where you are on your feet most of the day, balancing service with other tasks to ensure our products are well presented on the shelves and that in-store based promotions are carried out accurately.

We are looking for people who have initiative, drive, great people skills and the ability to balance competing demands.

RECEIVING & RESET

Our Receiving and Reset Team is responsible for taking delivery of product and moving it efficiently from the truck to the shelf.

It is these Team Members who maintain accurate records of delivered goods, ensuring product reaches the floor. We are looking for people with exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

They need to be great communicators and have the ability to deliver quality outcomes when faced with competing demands.

MADE TO MEASURE CONSULTANT

Spotlight Made to Measure Consultants assist customers to choose the best window furnishing solution to meet their needs.

Working in-store and on-site in customer’s homes, our Consultants need to have strong sales experience, coupled with great people skills and an eye for design.

You’ll need a current driver’s licence and be able to work independently to be successful in this role.

DEPARTMENT TEAM LEADER

Department Team Leaders (DTLs) manage the sales strategies, operational needs and day-to-day activities of their specific product department.

DTLs are mainly based on the shop floor and need to be capable of dealing with the challenging issues that frequently arise around customer service and product. They also need to provide their Team with inspiration and leadership.

STORE MANAGER

Store Managers are responsible for developing and implementing their outlet’s sales and profit growing strategies – and ensuring their store reaches its targets.

Store Managers need to be results driven, self-motivated and have strong leadership ability to be able to lead and inspire their Team. Honed communication skills are a must.
