Each year, Spotlight celebrate success in our business with the Ruben Fried Retailer of the Year award, with peer-based nominations to highlight the qualities of our future leaders and embodiment of the Spotlight culture bred over the past 50 years.

However, winning the Ruben Fried Retailer of the Year for 2024 was incredibly gratifying and I am so thankful to my colleagues across Spotlight for this recognition.

This award not only acknowledged my efforts and commitments to Ruben’s Golden Rules, in which Spotlight truly empowers its team members to live by, but also reinforced my commitment to “Do whatever it takes” for excellence in my work.
