Our Buyers keep our range on trend and source product, our Business Planners and Allocators analyse, forecast and place stock.

Leveraging the expertise of our in-house Advertising, Communications, and Marketing Teams, the Marketing Department successfully drives the promotion of the Spotlight brand across Australia and in international markets.

Our creative roles encompass a wide range of disciplines, including Graphic Design, Photography, and Post Production, as well as Public Relations and Communications.

RETAIL OPERATIONS

The Retail Operations Team is dedicated to ensuring that our front-line staff are fully equipped with the tools, skills, knowledge, and ongoing support they need to consistently deliver the high-quality sales and service our customers have come to expect.

Our Regional Managers play a pivotal role in this process, offering strategic leadership and guidance to up to 14 multi-million dollar outlets each. Their expertise and oversight are essential in helping each store maximize its potential, driving both operational excellence and customer satisfaction across the entire network.

E-COMMERCE

Our E-Commerce Team plays a vital role in shaping and maintaining our distinctive online presence, allowing customers to explore and access our ‘Bargains Galore’ 24/7 at www.spotlightstores.com.

PROPERTY & STORE DEVELOPMENT

The dynamic Property & Store Development Team oversees out multi-million-dollar property portfolio and handles the facilities management for our extensive network of over 270 Spotlight, Anaconda and Harris Scarfe stores.

This team is responsible for managing the design, construction, and fit-out of new stores, as well as overseeing relocations, renovations, and extensions across four countries. Their expertise ensures that each project is executed to the highest standards, supporting the continued growth and success of our brand.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

The Information Technology Team is dedicated to providing high-quality, reliable systems that enhance and streamline our business processes, empowering us to achieve essential goals and outcomes efficiently.
